You must register and accept these terms to use the service. KYC (Know Your Customer) forms may require that you submit valid proof of identification or other documents.
This includes but is not limited to, a picture ID (Copy of passport, driver’s license or national ID Card) and recent utility bill listing your name and address as proof of residence to the minimum. Any account may be restricted or suspended until we receive the required informations or documents. According to applicable gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws, this procedure is a statutory requirement. In addition, you must use your U8Fun account using the payment methods listed on our payment page.
To maintain accuracy and completeness, you must provide complete and accurate information. Failure to do so may result in our notification and information regarding your account may not reach you. Customer is responsible for maintaining a unique and active email address or phone number, and email address or phone number security. Communications between U8Fun and the customer using the registered email address or phone number are not responsible for any damages or losses. False or inaccurate personal information may result in immediate account suspension and/or legal action against you.
The service allows you to register only one account. When multiple accounts are found, they will be closed/suspended/restricted immediately. This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons and/ or third parties operating on your behalf.
Passwords must be kept confidential. All bets, deposits and withdrawals are entitled to have been made by you. Passwords must be changed regularly and never disclosed. You must log out after each session.
Should your account information be misused or your account hacked, please contact U8Fun customer support immediately using your registered email address or phone number. Additional information/documentation may be required to verify your identity and your account will be suspended temporarily. If a third party accesses your Account, you are responsible for all activity on your Account, regardless of whether you authorised the access.

Any decision to open an account for you is entirely at our discretion, and we are not required to explain our decision if we decline to do so.
